Roasted Chicken Breasts with Lemon & Garlic
- Chicken Breasts (4) that have been cleaned
- Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper
- 1 Lemon, cut in half
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 3 Sage Leaves, rough chopped
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Season Chicken Breasts liberally with salt & fresh cracked pepper place in Medium Grill Bag.
Squeeze juice of lemon into Grill Bag. Add the used half lemon as well as the garlic and sage to the chicken.
Add olive oil to bag. Seal Grill Bag by folding up open end.
Place Grill Bag in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes.
Check contents of the bag. When the chicken breasts have reached 165 degrees internally and the garlic is soft and caramelized, the dish is finished. Remove the bag from the oven.
Allow the contents of the bag to rest for 10 minutes. This will allow for natural juices to expel creating a lite sauce.
After the bag has rested, arrange chicken breasts on a platter. Top each breast with the remaining sauce that the bag contains and serve with the Crostini.
